Investors and Advisors do not agree on the best methodology for contact
Over half of financial advisors, 57%, prefer face-to-face meetings and updates with their clientele, according to a research report from State Street Global Advisors and @ Wharton, which is affiliated with the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Only one-third, 34%, of investors agree that their preferred method of contact is face-to-face. Investors, by a plurality of 41%, prefer email updates from their advisors.
